We all like good deals – especially if you’re a uni student trying to save money! Therefore, I’ve compiled a list of the best deals to help save you money.
- £6 Meal deal and movie. ASDA has a great meal deal ongoing at the moment. In any ASDA store with a pizza counter, the meal deal includes: 2x medium pizzas, 1x 1.25L Coca Cola/Fanta/Sprite and 1x Sky Store voucher worth £5.49 or 1x Vue cinema ticket.
- 15% off any Gastrostudent box. Gastrostudent is a meal box, that provides you with all of the ingredients and recipes to follow in order to make 5 days worth of food – as well as breakfast too! - Free Greggs hot drink. To qualify for a free Greggs hot drink, all you need to do is download the app, create an account for the first time and the offer should show up in your wallet. When you visit a Greggs store, all you need to do is then just scan the QR code – viola! You don’t even need to purchase anything in order to get one.
- Free Giffgaff sim. Giffgaff is a phone network that doesn’t require a contract in order to use them. Every month you can choose a ‘goody bag’ that fits your data/ minute/ text needs at a convenient price. They also have EU Roaming at no extra cost.
- £4.99 Hair curlers. These hair curlers are just as good as any other – except they’re a lot cheaper! They’re rated 4.9 stars on Superdrug, so they are effective and of good quality. They are avaliable for free store pick up only.
- £44.99 Kindle with 3 months free Kindle Unlimited. Kindles are perfect for doing all of your university reading on – they save space, are portable and the books are often cheaper. With this deal, be sure to click on the ‘3 months free Kindle Unlimited’ as you check out.
- Free* Smol laundry and dishwasher tablets. All you have to do to get this offer is pay £1 postage, and remember to cancel the subscription if you don’t want to continue with them. After the trial, it costs around £4.50 for each product.
- Free McDonald’s food and drink. In order to receive the free food and drinks, you must have the MyMcDonalds app downloaded. Then you can opt-in to MyMcDonalds Rewards when near a participating restaurant. You will then receive 100 points for each £1 spent, and then be able to claim rewards at 1500 points.
- 6 Months of Amazon Prime for free! As a student, you can grab 6 months of free Amazon Prime, and afterwards it’ll only cost £3 per month, compared to the usual £7.99. It includes free Prime delivery, Prime video, Prime music and other exclusive deals. All you need to do to get it, is make an account with a .ac email address or send over proof of study if you don’t have an .ac email.
- Free Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office is a lifesaver when it comes to uni assignments, but it can be very pricey – luckily, Microsoft offers free Office 365 for all students that have a .ac email address. All you have to do is create an account with the email address, and you’re free to use all Office 365 features for the duration of your studies. It includes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher and Access.
- 10% off Urban Outfitters. Urban Outfitters is one of the most trendy shops in the high street these days. They sell a large variety of items such as books, clothing, accessories and even plants! Fortunately, you can get a 10% discount with a Unidays account. All you have to do is create an account, prove your student status, then generate a code – you can then use the code online or in-store.
- Free food as a mystery diner through HGEM. By becoming a mystery diner, you will be able to dine out at many different restaurants all over your local area. To qualify, you need to be able to make thorough and detailed observations, be committed to completing any work and be available by phone for any report queries. Not only do you get free food, but you also get paid for the work too!
- Free photos with Snapfish. If you like having physical copies of all your photos but find printing very expensive, then Snapfish is the photo printing company for you. Each month you can print up to 50 photos for free, all you need to do is pay for delivery. This will cost around £1.49 – £5.99, depending on the number of photos.
